Tuesday is a big night for my football (soccer) team and it is great hope that I will be sat in front of the TV hoping that history laden Liverpool F.C. destroy the Chelsea blue (sorry Jonny!) in the Champions League semi-finals. Whatever happens they will be doing better than my other sports team, the Boston Celtics, who have had the most pitiful season.
Come on Liverpool, let us have another night of glory to brag about for the next few years. Let our European dynasty continue!!

Once again I am being a little crazy and am in serious training for the Welsh 3000 walk in 24 hours. It is in June and training has already begun in earnest. This year my team is raising money for n:flame, a faith based organisation that is involved with young people and has strong links with both schools and churches. Its Forum theatre work is awesome and has 2 presentations that cover self harm and bullying. If you feel able, please do sponsor me here, it would be much appreciated. If not, please do encourage me in the training, it is jolly hard work!! Thanks.

teenage parties April 13, 2007

seems like the rise of social networking sites bring an added danger to teenagers parties when parents are away. This story from the BBC shows that parties have the ability to attract even more people with have the ability to travel. The “parents away” party is nothing new, but the ability to attract larger numbers is growing all the time. However, not all these parties go bad, this one seems to have been high on the out of control list and the girl involved will have learned a valuable lesson, the hard way! Just hope her parents calm down and they get around to chatting sensibly about the problems.

don’t you just hate it when Ian goes away. So sad when Youthblog has no entries, just hope he has had a good time and is full of new and exciting posts (with decent humour!)

Skype Me™! was just wondering, do people still use things like SKYPE now? It had a blazing entrance when it first launched but I do not hear of many people using it anymore.

Those that know me will appreciate my love of mind mapping. Have recently found brainstorming made simple online. It is a really useful tool.
