after 2 weeks away it is back to the office and the usual pile of emails etc. etc. Really do not like the first day back after a break but this one was punctuated with a physio assessment on my troublesome knee. The good news is that I have a knee that has healed well in the last 12 months, the prognosis being that the muscles and such like need re-aligning. So armed with lots of stretches and another appointment next week to do a few twists the future looks brighter on the knee side of things. Just wish everything else was as simple

have just celebrated my son’s birthday over the weekend…….he is a good friend too and am so proud of him.
