Good reflctions on “Mind the Gap”, I would also argue that the way some churches “do” adult church leads to “leadership” that disempowers everyone – whether young or old. The dynamic practice of participation and dialogue that HAS to be part of youth work and good children’s work, is not just employed because it works with these age groups – it is also employed because it is the right way to treat people. Anyway, my spleen hasn’t changed much . . . venting it again, blogwise, may keep me from ulcers! Hope you are well, if you are ever in Sussex, buy you a coffee?

It’s a long time since I’ve spoken to you and the day I find your blog again you’ve reviewed Jason’s book!1 What a coincidence!! Glad you enjoyed it, we sold a lot at the shop (Dave and I work for Bob and Christine Hardman now!) even if most of them did go to Gardner family members!! Hope you and your family are well and Caleb is enjoying year 5 – Joanna is also year 5 and gearing up for sats next year already!!
